The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PM and PTSP) requires the fulfillment of regional tax obligations to the applicant for proposing certain permits.

There are also people's business registration card (KTDUO) for construction service business, tourism business certification, private marketing (TDUP), (IUPP, IUTS, IUTM, Minimart) and practice permit (SIP) for doctor in the health care facilities.
"It's applied starting from the applicant applying the application electronically or online until the application through the online queue system," he explained.
He furthered tax types that are the focus of verification include land and building tax (PBB), vehicle taxes (PKB), vehicle ownership transfer fees (BBNKB), motor fuel tax (PBB-KB), property transfer fee (BPHTB), restaurant tax, hotel tax, billboard tax, entertainment tax, traffic light tax (PPJ), parking tax and water and land tax (PAT).
"Verification is processed through personal identity number (NIK) for individual applicants and tax number (NPWP) for business entity applicants that have been running business for one year and is included in the medium or large business," he stated.
Then one of the government's focuses in regional development is through reforming tax governance and permit services accordingly Gubernatorial Regulation number 47/2019 on fulfillment of regional tax obligations to the applicant for a permit.
As stated in the regulation, tax governance reform and permit services involve a variety of regional instruments, one of which is Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency.
"We shall verify through research-related administration and technical research concerning the tax obligations towards the permit and non permit applicants," he uttered.
